By accessing or using MySSL.info ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide a valid email address to create an account
• You must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• One person or entity may not maintain more than one free account

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account use

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Billing

• Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• All prices are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP)
• Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days' notice

5.2 Refunds

• All subscriptions are eligible for a 14-day refund period
• Refund requests must be made via email to billing@myssl.info
• Partial month refunds are not provided for cancellations

Access to our API is subject to rate limiting based on your subscription tier. API keys are:

• Personal and non-transferable
• Subject to immediate revocation for policy violations
• Limited to your subscription's scan frequency and domain limits
• Required to be kept confidential and secure

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MySSL.info and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MySSL.info shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you to MySSL.info in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MySSL.info, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

• You may terminate your account at any time from your dashboard settings
• We may terminate or suspend your account for Terms violations
• Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days
• Termination does not entitle you to a refund of prepaid fees

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via email to registered users at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
